James A. McCauley focuses his practice exclusively in
representation of the injured.
After graduating from the University of Maryland, he wrote
for the Washington Star newspaper before receiving his J.D.
from the University of Richmond School of Law. He is currently
Secretary of the Firm.

Jim is a past President of the Hopewell Bar Association and
a past President of Southside Virginia Legal Services, a
pro-bono legal aid program. Jim achieved the highest rating by
