Steve brings decades of sophisticated legal research, writing, and analysis to his personal injury practice. He has practiced with the National Legal Research Group in Charlottesville, where he served as a Senior Attorney. Steve has advised attorneys nationwide on complex legal issues and prepared thousands of legal memoranda and appellate briefs. His work includes filings before the Supreme Court of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. This extensive experience helps Steve identify critical details, develop persuasive arguments, and approach challenging claims with precision.

He is actively involved in Virginia’s legal and professional communities. Steve belongs to the Virginia State Bar, American Association for Justice, and Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA). He has served on several VTLA committees and as co-chair of its Publications Committee. Steve also supports his community as a board member of the Dogwood Vietnam Memorial Foundation and chair of its Legal/Corporate Committee.
