Blair Mathias attended Bucknell University, graduating in 2010 with her Bachelor of Arts in both International Relations and Spanish, graduating with honors. In 2011, she received her Master’s in Foreign Affairs, graduating with honors, from Penn State University. After gaining professional experience working for Fidelity National Financial, an investment firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she decided to pursue her law degree. In 2014, Blair moved to Virginia to attend the University of Richmond School of Law.
In practice, Blair remains dedicated to public service, and continues to advocate on behalf of the underrepresented.
