D. Yost
Eric D. Yost joined Marks & Harrison as an Associate
in December 2005, primarily representing clients in
personal injury. In addition to his personal caseload, he will be
representing the Firm’s Spanish and Portuguese speaking
clients in the Firm’s six offices.
After graduating from Emory & Henry College, he taught
English and Spanish in Brazil and Virginia. Following his
teaching tenure, Eric received his J.D. from the Saint Thomas
University School of Law in Miami, Florida (Florida State Bar
Labor Law Student of the Year; St. Thomas Public Works
Fellow).
He is a member of :
- Virginia State Bar
- The Virginia Trial Lawyers Association
- American Bar Association
- American Association of Trial Lawyer New Lawyers
