When is the deadline to register to vote in Virginia?
The deadine to register online or by mail (postmarked by) is Tuesday, October 17th.

When is the deadline to request a mail-in ballot?
The deadline to request a mail-in ballot is Friday, October 28th at 5:00 p.m. by mail and online
The deadline to request a mail-in ballot in person is Saturday, November 5th.
When do I need to mail my ballot by?
Ballots must be postmarked by Tuesday, November 8th and received by Monday, November 14th.
Can I drop off my ballot in person?

Can I vote without a notary or witness?
Absentee ballots that are dropped off or mailed must be witnessed. Witnesses are not required for in-person voting either before or on Election Day.
