When is the deadline to request a mail-in ballot?
Friday, October 23 by mail and online,
Saturday, October 31 in person
When do I need to mail my ballot by?
Must be postmarked by Tuesday, November 3 (Election Day) and received by Friday, November 6. (Postmaster General has said ballots not mailed by October 27 likely will not make it.)
Can I drop off my ballot in person?

Can I vote without a notary or witness?
Absentee ballots that are dropped off or mailed must be witnessed. Witnesses are not required for in-person voting either before or on Election Day.
