Marks & Harrison is proud to announce that Ryan T. Walker has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national, invitation-only organization of experienced trial lawyers who are recognized for their skill, integrity, and commitment to the right to a jury trial.
Ryan joined Marks & Harrison in 2014 after working on the defense side at GEICO, where he gained valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and fight injury claims. Since then, he has practiced exclusively in civil litigation, focusing on personal injury and automobile accident cases.
Over the years, Ryan has secured numerous six- and seven-figure verdicts and two eight-figure settlements—proving his ability to take on complex cases and win. His practice includes representing clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, including car crashes, product liability, sexual assault, nursing home abuse, daycare abuse, dog bites, and premises liability. He is known for his strategic approach, trial experience, and relentless pursuit of justice for the injured.
“Our firm has an outstanding reputation for delivering results,” Ryan says. “I take pride in fighting for those who have been injured and making sure they get the compensation they deserve.”
Originally from Chesterfield, Ryan is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, where he earned honors in International Studies and minored in Writing. He received his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law.
Please join us in congratulating Ryan on this well-deserved honor and outstanding career achievement.
