Attorney Genoveva Border Contributes Expertise to Maryland Association for Justice CLE

We are proud to highlight the recent contributions of Marks & Harrison attorney, Genoveva Border, who served as a distinguished panel speaker at a recent Continuing Legal Education (CLE) event. This impactful session was held in partnership with the Maryland Association for Justice.

The CLE offered invaluable insights for legal practitioners. Following a compelling presentation on identifying and pursuing wage theft claims, Genoveva Border joined a vital panel discussion.

This panel focused on equipping practitioners to effectively serve or enhance their service to Maryland’s undocumented community. The discussion covered a broad range of critical topics, including ethical and immigration considerations, as well as the civil rights and constitutional protections afforded to undocumented individuals.

At Marks & Harrison, we are committed to staying at the forefront of evolving legal landscapes and contributing to meaningful dialogues that empower both our clients and the broader legal community. Ms. Border’s participation underscores our dedication to these principles.
