James Mick Kessel was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. The Supreme Court of the United States is the highest court in the Country. It has ultimate appellate jurisdiction over all state and federal courts. Mr. Kessel was sworn in before Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. and all eight Associate Justices of the Supreme Court.
