Kyle
Leftwich Banning
Kyle Leftwich Banning has been exclusively handling
Social Security Disability since 1994.
After graduating from the University of Virginia in 1987,
Kyle worked in the Governor's office for Virginia Governor
Gerald L. Baliles. Kyle graduated in 1993 from the University of
Richmond's T.C.Williams School of Law. Since 1994, she has
been an Associate of the Firm.
She is a member of :
- Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Board of Governors
(2000-Present)
- National Organization of Social Security Claimants'
Representatives (NOSSCR).
- Metro Richmond Women's Bar Association
- Virginia State Bar
Committed to excellence, Kyle is recognized within the
legal community for her roles in such organizations as:

Board of Directors (VPLC Board member since 2004)

Kyle is an active attorney volunteer with the LINC
program. Legal Information Network for Cancer is a program
through which cancer patients receive assistance with the
many business issues that arise out of a cancer diagnosis.
Kyle was honored with LINC's 2007 Pro Bono Award in
recognition of her commitment to the organization and
its clients. Kyle has been a LINC attorney volunteer
since it was founded in 1996.
