James Mick Kessel
James Mick Kessel is an experienced trial attorney who has dedicated his practice to representing the interests of injured persons and the families of wrongful death victims. Mr. Kessel grew up and attended school in Charleston, WV. After graduating cum laude from West Virginia University in 1999, he received his J.D. in 2002 from the University of Richmond School of Law.
He is admitted to practice law before the Unites States Court of Appeals 4th Circuit, Supreme Court of Virginia, Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Southern District of West Virginia and all Circuit Courts throughout Virginia and West Virginia.
