John D. Ayers
John D. Ayers focuses his practice exclusively on representation of the injured in the Fredericksburg area. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Virginia and is currently an Associate with the Firm.
John grew up in Hanover County and attended Patrick Henry High School in Ashland, VA. After graduating from Virginia Tech, he went directly into law school and graduated from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. John worked as a legal assistant for four years while he was attending school. He was also a clerk for Judge Melvin R. Hughes in the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond.

- This law amended §16.1-88.2 which went into effect on July 1, 2007, to allow medical record affidavits to be used in Circuit Court if the defendant appeals the general District Court verdict.
