Virginia State Police are investigating a multi-vehicle accident where a toddler, who was not secure in a safety seat, was ejected from a vehicle.


SUMMIT POINT - A 17-year-old Jefferson County teenager died Sunday night following a two-vehicle accident on Summit Point Road in Jefferson County, police said. The deceased victim was identified as James Fletcher, of Charles Town, Sgt. R.S.
